ger·mi·no·ma (jur″mĭ-noґmə) a type of germ cell tumor consisting of large round cells with vesicular nuclei, usually found in the ovary, undescended testis, anterior mediastinum, or pineal gland; in males these are called seminomas and in females dysgerminomas.
