Tabasco-born TV announcer (he won the award for best announcer in 1959) turned actor and singer. Made his dramatic debut on TV in 1961. His films were mostly Westerns and rancheras, including two films as the comic book character "Alma Grande." Has only sporadically appeared on-screen since the 1970s, but fairly recently he was working for a TV station in Los Angeles.
