A suburban area that draws a large number of immigrants from the same ethnic group. Also: ethno-burb.

But ethnoburbs are essentially enclaves of choice....So...these ethnoburbs are suburban areas that have become gravitational clusters for Asian-American immigrants, in some cases Latino immigrants.
